Favorite Champagne Cocktails for Celebrating
It’s hard to choose; I have so many Favorite Champagne Cocktails for Celebrating that I want them all!
I know it’s a bit late to post these for the end of the year but the truth is these are my Favorite Champagne Cocktails for Celebrating and I enjoy them all year long. New Years Eve, Valentine’s Day, even summer brunches. I make them easy…some liqueur or juices, or both, topped with a bit of chilled bubbly. Good for brunch through a midnight soiree!
One of the most beautiful and celebratory of all; the addition of ginger definitely takes this one up a notch!
The Fruits de Fête Champagne Cocktail a well known recipe that I didn’t try until last year and I simply love the combination of juices and vodka. It’s a great champagne cocktail for celebrations all year long.
While I might call them Champagne Cocktails, the truth is that I most often use Italian Prosecco. It’s less expensive and just as good as is Spanish Cava and often plain old American sparkling wine. Especially when mixing and the quality of the sparkling wine is not on full display…use what you love best!
I do love the French 75 Cocktail and am working on a couple of others for this year, both the French 76 (with vodka instead of gin) and the French 77 which adds some St. Germain to the mix; all are delightful and perfect for a celebration… birthday, anniversary, even weddings!
Make your mimosas sing with more than plain orange juice. I LOVE Blood Orange Juice and combining some with pomegranate juice is easy, delicious and so pretty.
The Kir Royale Champagne Cocktail is one of the easiest to make; it’s simply a combination of Creme de Cassis and sparkling wine. Beautiful and delicious…perfect for an evening celebration and one I often serve on New Years Eve.
This cocktail uses my homemade Cranberry Liqueur. If you have not seen it before, grab some cranberries while you can and make it now; it is an absolute favorite and the color is gorgeous.
This cocktail is a bit of everything I love. Cranberries, vodka, orange juice, and sparkling wine. Another beauty that while it does have a few more ingredients is worth every moment to make!
